Customer Service Representative Position

Key Responsibilities: CSRs are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and respective Territory Area Managers, for all matters pertaining to TPLs Christmas and Landscape Lighting systems in a fast-pace environment. Schedules service appointments, maintains customer office files, create service request as necessary, generate weekly territorial reports for VP and CEO review.
Education Requirements: Associate’s degree, with a curriculum within the responsibilities listed above or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements: 1yr of customer service, able to communicate with customers clearly and concisely, attention to detail, excellent writing skills and proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
