First time using The Perfect Light for outdoor holiday light installation, but will not be the last. Caroline is extremely easy to work with! Very responsive, even after "typical" work hours and during what I would call peak holiday time, those last couple of weeks leading up to Christmas.

I have had The Perfect Light install my outside Christmas Lights and decorations for the past 5 years. Two years in Driftwood, Texas and 3 years at my home in McKinney, TX. They are truly Perfect Light. Excellent service and beautiful arrangements. They always work my time schedule. Thank you Perfect Light for making my Holidays so joyful!!!!

Thisis my second year using The perferct lighting for my outdoor christmas lighting needs, and thi was so easy, they called to arrange a time to come by and install the lights, the next thing I knew, when I got home that night they were up and shining jusy like thr first year.they stored them , brough them bdsck and put the back up as bore, I was not needed , thee rwere no questions to ask or answer on my part, they knew exactly how and where everything was supposed to go And as pomised it was half the cost from the first yer. definite y worth it for me. * no only am I in a whheelchair and getting older, I no longer need to get on a ladder to climb on my roof for an entire afte noon. so easy and conveniemt best choice I made at this busy time of the year. I have used The Perfect Light for outdoor Christmas decorations for over 12 years. I used to do my own. One year my wife was having a stem cell transplant for cancer at MD Anderson. She was worried about our house looking bleak because I was staying in the hospital with her (it's required). I saw one of the little trailers they have and with no other resource, I took a chance. They were great that year, and every year thereafter. My own lights have not moved from a storage facility we use. I have recommended them to anyone who asks. Their crews work very, very hard.

We have been customers for over 15 years and we constantly are complimented by friends and neighbors and how beautiful our home looks. Their customer service is terrific. We always opt for their two stages installation in the fall so they can level out their workload and we are able to enjoy our lights from the week of Thanksgiving until January 6 which is Kings Day or the feast of the epiphany. They arrange the install dates and take down dates with us by phone or email and they don't even bother us from there. Poo the lights are up and ready to go and then down again as well for the beautiful displays. I think their pricing is extremely fair. We will be customers of Perfect Light as long as we live in this home.

Perfect Light is an A+ operation. They don’t stop after the lights are up. One night we noticed a small section of one tree trunk was not lighting. I called and they had it fixed by the next morning - about a 12 hour turnaround! You can trust this company!

The Perfect Light added an external outlet with timer for the new Christmas lights they also installed Installation was quick and easy and they come fix anything that happens while they are up. Good to not have to climb the ladder or get on the roof to have nice lighting.

Not the cheapest Christmas lights, but very worth it. We have used them for the last few years and they’re super responsive, their installers are friendly and efficient and the whole company is very customer centric. They have a wide variety of lights, fix any issues quickly, offer monthly payment plans to ease the economic impact and their work is neat and professional. If you’re looking for great looking Christmas lights, you should definitely consider them for the job.

I lovvvvvve the team maintaining my lit outside faux Christmas trees, storing them and installing them and all the other lights again the next year. No hassle for me at all! Caroline is also now in the business of other electrical jobs such as in the home and landscaping. The Perfect Light-or should it be named THE MOST PERFECT MAGICAL CHRISTMAS LIGHT COMPANY EVER !!! I have been a dedicated customer of The Perfect Light since 2018. I previously posted on their main website after they installed Christmas lights at my house for the first time and gave them a raved review. Every aspect of their customer service is impeccable, from their prompt installation of the lights, to any potential bulb outages that they immediately fix, and their responsiveness with any questions or concerns, this company is more than a five star company. At the end of the season (which is very sad for me) they come to the house to take everything down, store the lights and just come back seamlessly the next year (saving my husband and myself any hassle whatsoever). Their creation of joyous Christmas lights and decoration brings a new level of happiness to the Christmas season. Fast forward seven years to now and my husband and I just moved into a new house. In addition to the architect and builder, they were one of the first calls in planning for all future Christmas seasons to come, as an integral part of designing this house was to have dedicated electrical access for future Christmas lights to be installed and the Perfect Light came through as always. As much as I love how our new house looks, the Christmas lights and wreaths that were put up bring an even bigger smile to my face. As in the past, our home is one of the most beautifully decorated houses on our block and I cannot wait each day until night falls to see our beautiful lights turn on !!! Our yard is the talk of the neighborhood. Most folks use only white lights. We chose to do something different, recommended by Perfect Light. Installation was timely and the installation personnel were very neat, making sure there was no tree branches, leaves, etc. left on the yard. Strongly recommend this firm. They do a fantastic job.
